Items are sent by first class Royal Mail signed for.
Free for collect in person.
Items are sent by Royal Mail international tracked and signed for.
International Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Please note that customs forms have to include the price paid and a brief description of the item for legal reasons, I cannot describe the item as a gift as you have purchased it from me and I am not sending it as a gift.
I ship to the address you provide, so please be sure it is correct.
If the address is incorrect, and your purchase returns back to me, I will reship it once you pay to have it reshipped with the corrected address.
I am happy to send an item as a gift from you if you contact me when you place your order to tell me the name and address of the recipient. I am happy to include a personlised message with the gift if you include details.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If you are not happy with your purchase please return the item(s) in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase and a full refund minus postage will be given. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, however they can be exchanged as I can use your original ear wires.
I regret that I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders and items on sale unless they arrive damaged or defective,
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your item is returned in the same condition as dispatched then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend that you use a secure, trackable method and insure the item as we will not be responsible for loss in transit. Also it is a good idea to retain proof of posting.
